Writing lists is not my favorite thing to do. It’s always
better to have a topic pre planned.
Todays 500 words have been tough to write because e I really
did not have anything prepared.
My day was okay. I collected my test results and did the
ultra sound everything was normal except an ovarian cyst. So why am having
hormonal imbalances? I am not worried though. I’ll get over this. My first plan
is to lose 10kg and then another and then another. One of the risk actors of
this hormonal issues is being overweight so I’ll deal with that and let nature
take its course.
How am I going to lose this 10kg, I am looking at following a
low carb plan. I have dabbled into low carbs a few times but never succeeded, I
think I am always double minded when I am doing low carb because of the cons. If
I can just let go of the doubts and look at it as an experiment one week at a
time it will really be great.
Running I actually mean jogging is part of the plan. 3 days
jogging 3 days strength and one day rest.
Sleeping early is another factor to consider. I sleep late. Yesterday
I slept at about 1.am for no valid reason.
I have to research the relationship between late sleep and
hormonal imbalances. Whatever it takes I am going to deal with this and
overcome. So here we are close to the end of my write up for today.
